Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 26, 2026 | Version 1.0.0

1. Introduction

BlinkWebinars is a platform that lets organisations run webinars: they build the pages, send the emails and host the video, and BlinkWebinars operates the software. This policy explains what personal data BlinkWebinars handles, why, and what choices you have. It applies to the people who sign in to BlinkWebinars on behalf of an organisation, and it explains our role for the people who register for an organisation's webinar.

2. Who is responsible for your data

BlinkWebinars is operated by Envisioning LLC-FZ, a Free Zone limited liability company registered in the Emirate of Dubai, UAE.

  • Team members and account data. For the people who sign in to BlinkWebinars, Envisioning LLC-FZ is the data controller.
  • Registrants. When you register for a webinar, the organisation that runs the webinar decides why and how your details are used, so that organisation is the data controller and BlinkWebinars is its processor, acting on its instructions. Read that organisation's own privacy policy; the link is shown on its registration page and in its emails. Section 9 explains how to exercise your rights.

3. Information we collect

3.1 Team members

  • Email address, name and profile photo.
  • Your role in the organisation and the identifiers your sign-in provider gives us.
  • Your activity in the product: what you changed (the change log), chat with the page assistant, and calls made through an API key.

3.2 Registrants (on behalf of an organisation)

  • Email address and name, and a phone number if the organisation's form asks for one.
  • Your time zone, the session time you chose and which player version you were shown.
  • Whether you unsubscribed, and how (a link, your mail app, or a spam report).
  • What you did on the webinar: page views, form focus, registration, play, pause, how far you watched, when you stopped, whether you saw the offer, and clicks on its button. Watch progress is stored as ranges, not as a ping every second.
  • Email delivery, opens and clicks for the emails we send you.
  • If the organisation turns on its tracking connectors: the marketing source and campaign of your visit, and the technical details listed in Section 10.

3.3 Information we do not collect

  • We do not store a registrant's IP address or browser details on their registration record.
  • We do not collect payment card details.
  • We do not sell personal data.

4. How we use information

  • To run the service: sign you in, show an organisation its webinars and leads, host and play video.
  • To carry out an organisation's instructions: send its webinar emails, show a viewer the page and video, record what a viewer did so the organisation can see how its webinar performed.
  • To provide AI features: transcribe a webinar's video and help build pages and emails.
  • To personalise an organisation's sales offer: for an organisation that uses this feature, an AI model drafts the sales-panel copy shown to a viewer from what that viewer did on the webinar. It adjusts wording only and makes no decision that has a legal or similarly significant effect on anyone.
  • To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix faults.
  • To meet legal obligations.

5. Who we share information with

We share personal data with trusted third-party service providers that help us run BlinkWebinars, such as providers of cloud hosting and storage, email delivery, sign-in and AI-powered features. They may use it only to provide their service to us and are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

An organisation may also connect its own analytics, advertising, reporting or testing tools. Those tools receive data only when that organisation turns them on, and the organisation, not BlinkWebinars, chooses and answers for them.

We may also disclose information to legal and regulatory authorities where the law requires it, and to a successor if the business is transferred.

6. International data transfers

Our service providers operate in several countries, including the United States. Where personal data leaves the UK, the European Economic Area or the UAE, we rely on the safeguards the law provides, such as standard contractual clauses.

7. Data retention

We keep registrant data for as long as the organisation keeps the webinar in BlinkWebinars. An organisation administrator can delete a registrant and that registrant's events from a webinar. Team member data is kept while the account is active. We do not yet delete data automatically after a fixed period, and copies already sent to the services in Section 5 are held under those services' own terms.

8. Data security and access

We protect data with encryption in transit, encrypted storage of connection credentials, and role-based access that limits each person to their own organisation's data. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Within BlinkWebinars, access to personal data is limited to staff who need it, on a need-to-know basis, for example to provide support, keep the service running or investigate a fault. Staff access across organisations is restricted to platform staff and is used for those purposes only.

9. Your rights

9.1 All users

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal data held about you, and to object to or restrict its use. You can unsubscribe from any webinar email with the link in its footer.

9.2 European Union and United Kingdom

Under the GDPR and UK GDPR you also have the right to data portability, to withdraw consent at any time, and to complain to your local data protection authority.

9.3 California

Under the CCPA and CPRA you may ask what personal information we hold, ask us to delete or correct it, and opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

9.4 United Arab Emirates

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law you have the rights to access, correct and erase your data.

9.5 How to exercise your rights

If you registered for a webinar, contact the organisation that ran it first, because it decides what happens to your registration data. If you contact us, we will pass your request to that organisation and help it respond. For team member and account data, email privacy@envisioning.group. We aim to reply within 30 days.

10. Cookies and similar technologies

By default BlinkWebinars stores nothing on a registrant's device. If an organisation turns on tracking, and you consent where the law requires it, a browser storage key may hold a hashed form of your identity, a short-lived cookie may hold your email address so a later page can recognise you, and an anonymous visitor identifier may be set. Team members signing in have a sign-in token stored in the browser.

11. Children's privacy

BlinkWebinars is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you think a child has registered, contact the organisation that ran the webinar or us and we will help remove it.

12. Do Not Track signals

We do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

13. Changes to this privacy policy

We will post any change here with a new date and version number. If a change is material we will tell organisations through the product.
