BlinkWebinars, we and us mean Envisioning LLC-FZ, a Free Zone limited liability company registered in the Emirate of Dubai, UAE, which operates the BlinkWebinars platform. You means the person using the service and, where you use it for an organisation, that organisation. An Organisation is a company or team that has an account on BlinkWebinars. A Registrant is a person who signs up for an Organisation's webinar.
By signing in to or using BlinkWebinars you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
BlinkWebinars is available to Organisations and their team members. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use it. We may change or withdraw features, and parts of the service may be offered as a beta.
An Organisation's administrators decide who has access and with what role (Viewer, Editor or Admin). Keep your sign-in details secret and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what is done through your account and through any API key you create.
An Organisation owns the content and the Registrant data it puts into BlinkWebinars. For Registrant data the Organisation is the controller and BlinkWebinars is its processor, as described in our Privacy Policy. On request we will sign a data processing agreement.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis for the data you collect and use through BlinkWebinars. In particular you must:
You must not use BlinkWebinars to:
BlinkWebinars uses AI to transcribe video and to draft pages and emails. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Review it before you publish or send it; you remain responsible for what you publish. Content you provide is processed by trusted third-party service providers to deliver these features.
An Organisation can connect third-party services such as analytics, advertising and reporting tools. Those services have their own terms, and the Organisation is responsible for connecting them lawfully and for the data it sends them.
BlinkWebinars and its software, design and branding belong to us and our licensors. You keep the rights in your own content and give us a licence to host, process and display it only as needed to run the service for you.
We work to keep BlinkWebinars available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features marked beta or in testing may change or stop working.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
You may stop using BlinkWebinars at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or put the service or other users at risk. On termination an Organisation can ask us to delete its data, subject to what the law requires us to keep.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of BlinkWebinars. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to defend and compensate us against claims arising from your content, your use of Registrant data, or your breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates applicable there. We will first try to resolve a dispute informally; if that fails, it will be decided by the competent courts in Dubai.
If part of these terms is unenforceable the rest still applies. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the service.
We will post any change here with a new date and version number, and tell Organisations through the product if it is material. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
